Product description
The linear bearing guides the carriage smoothly on steel shafts and enables linear movements with low friction. The compact design, with a length of 68 mm and a 10 mm shaft bore, fits into many mechanical assemblies, from 3D printers and positioning systems to laboratory equipment. The enclosed design with four rows of balls distributes forces evenly and increases precision compared with simple sleeve bearings.
Lubricant is supplied and removed through grease fittings, which should be greased at regular intervals. The sealing lips keep dirt out without blocking the carriage. The bearing is designed for low speeds and moderate loads; at very high speeds or under extreme static loads, wear and heat generation increase.
