Product description

This linear bearing enables movement along a round shaft and absorbs radial forces. With dimensions of 12*21*30 mm, it fits shafts with a 12 mm diameter and mounting surfaces with a corresponding bore. The double-row ball arrangement distributes the load evenly and reduces friction. Oil-filled cage segments continuously lubricate the balls, allowing the bearing to operate for a long time without relubrication.

The bearing is suitable for sliding movements along one axis, such as in carriages, linear tables, or robot joints. Typical applications include vertical or horizontal guidance of light to medium loads at moderate speeds, as found in prototyping and model-making applications. The bearing also performs reliably in securely mounted automation assemblies.

For use, a hardened, smooth round steel shaft is required. Contamination of the raceway significantly reduces service life, so the shaft should be cleaned before installation. The bearing withstands one-sided radial forces up to the medium range; axial loads or impact forces shorten its service life.
