Barrel filling learning module for DOBOT Magician - 2 barrels, 2 lids

Filling and packaging products are important tasks in the field of industrial robotics. With this learning module, users can set up a training scenario for filling and moving model barrels.

The learning module is particularly suitable for beginners who want to learn the basic functions of robots and deepen their understanding of working with robots. With two barrels, two lids, and four holders for barrels or lids, realistic tasks involving gripping, moving, filling, transporting, and placing objects can be simulated. The learning module has been designed to enable learners to understand and optimize the entire process, from programming to precise execution.

The flexible concept allows the learning module to be specifically integrated into lessons and training sessions and promotes application-oriented learning about robotics and automation.
Of course, the components of the "Barrel Filling" learning module are also compatible with the Funduino Workspace. Each element is precisely tailored to the Workspace's grid of holes. This ensures that a programmed sequence remains fully functional every time and that all parts are positioned exactly. Even when the entire work area is completely dismantled and reassembled.

2x Barrel

- Barrel exterior dimensions: height approx. 95 mm, diameter 62 mm

- Barrel interior dimensions: height approx. 87 mm, diameter 55 mm

2x Barrel lid

- Easy centering. The inner part is tapered so that the lid is centered on the barrel even with slightly inaccurate movement. 

- There is a clip on the inside of the lid. With slight pressure on the lid, it locks into the barrel. This allows the entire barrel to be lifted by the lid with a suction gripper after the lid has been attached. 

4x Tray

- The trays are compatible with barrels and lids. This means that each barrel and each lid has its own tray.

- The trays are stackable. This allows the lids to be stored as a tower.

- The trays have a straight outer edge at four points and can therefore also be lifted and repositioned by a robot gripper.
