Product Description
An illuminated rocker switch controls circuits with high loads. The device handles up to 6 amps at 250 volts or alternatively 125 volts, making it suitable for larger loads such as heaters, pumps, or industrial machines. The red LED lights up when the switch is turned on, indicating the operating status at a glance.
Three connection terminals enable flexible wiring: one common line (COM), one for the on position, and one for the off position. This allows multi-stage switching or control of two separate circuits with one switch. The rocker mechanism with two stable positions enables reliable switching on and off without a second position.
Typical applications include heating systems, where the switch controls the pump or heating element and the LED indicates the operating status, as well as workshop machines with higher power consumption, ventilation systems, and water pump controls. In mobile applications and vehicle construction, the switch is also used for switching high-current lines.
The switch is supplied with screw terminals that enable a secure, vibration-resistant connection without soldering. Operation with alternating current requires the appropriate mains voltage; conversion or throttling to other voltages is not intended.
