Product Description

The hand scraper is suitable for cleaning surfaces and removing dirt, labels, or light deposits. The 95 mm-wide putty knife blade made of hardened steel enables fast work on flat and slightly curved surfaces. The ergonomically shaped plastic handle sits securely in the hand and prevents fatigue during repeated scraping movements.

The tool removes stubborn dirt through pressure and shallow working angles without damaging the surface when used flat. The steel blade is hardened by precipitation hardening and withstands many uses. Scratches may occur depending on the material of the surface being worked on, so testing in an inconspicuous area before working on large areas is advisable.

The scraper is used in cleaning processes, for example to remove label residue, in machine maintenance, and when preparing surfaces before painting or gluing. It is also suitable for laboratory work and cleaning sensitive surfaces when used with light pressure.

Whether the blade is sufficiently hard for the intended task depends on the material of the target surface. A harder tool is recommended for very hard materials or removing deep rust. The plastic handle is not suitable for contact with chemicals such as solvents.
