Product Description

The replacement print head with an integrated nozzle is a wear component for 3D printers. After many hours of operation, deposits at the opening or internal wear can impair print quality. Replacing it restores printing accuracy.

The nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm is suitable for standard applications with medium layer resolution. This opening can be used to produce prints from common plastic materials such as PLA, ABS, and PETG. The brass material reliably dissipates heat and enables stable extrusion even at varying printing speeds.

The print head fits common FDM printer models with a standard heating-block connection. Before installation, the old print head must be removed, which can be done on most printers without additional tools. After replacement, a brief calibration is recommended to set the optimal gap between the nozzle and the print bed.

For installation, the device must be switched off and, if necessary, allowed to cool down. New nozzles should be briefly flushed before the first print to remove production residues.

Safety Information

The print head reaches temperatures of up to approximately 220 degrees Celsius during printing. Work on the print head may only be carried out when the device is switched off and completely cooled down. The replacement part is intended exclusively for testing and development purposes.
