Product description
This adhesive tape glows under ultraviolet radiation and in the dark. It is suitable for labeling experimental setups, marking hazardous areas in project rooms, or providing color-coded orientation on laboratory tables and workbenches. The variety of colors enables logical assignment of different functions or systems.
The tape adheres to smooth surfaces made of plastic, metal, or glass. Adhesion is significantly poorer on rough or porous surfaces such as wood or untreated masonry. The 15 mm width provides room for clearly legible labels or wide colored dividing lines.
Scissors or a utility knife are sufficient for cutting and applying the tape. The individual rolls can be stored conveniently and used separately. Typical applications include labeling cable bundles in test setups, marking experimental areas, and color-coded safety marking on test benches.
The tape is not suitable for continuous operation under extreme heat or direct sunlight. After prolonged storage in complete darkness, its luminosity may temporarily be weaker, but it recovers after brief exposure to UV light.
Safety information
The adhesive tape is intended exclusively for labeling laboratory setups and test equipment. When used for marking on or near electrical installations, local safety regulations must be observed. If in doubt, consult qualified electricians.
