Product Description

This double-sided perfboard provides space for building medium-sized prototype circuits and test setups. Its dimensions of 90 by 150 millimeters are suitable for manageable projects where the number of components remains reasonably limited.

The standard 2.54-millimeter pitch makes the board compatible with all common pin headers, connectors, and DIL-format components. The plated-through holes connect the copper tracks on the front and back, allowing current to flow between the sides without running wires across the board. The green solder mask protects the copper tracks against corrosion and short circuits.

The board is commonly used for sensor testing, audio amplifiers, voltage regulators, and smaller digital circuits. For more complex projects with many ICs, several boards can be combined. Users do not need to design conductor patterns; their time can be devoted to building the circuit itself.

Assembly requires a soldering iron, solder, and side cutters for preparing the component leads. The board is unlaminated and withstands standard soldering temperatures of up to approximately 260 degrees Celsius. In applications involving very high current flow, several parallel conductor tracks or thicker wires should be used, as the copper layers are relatively thin.
