Product Description

The learning module is a stamping unit that mounts to the tool head of the DOBOT Magician robot and adds an extra function to the robotic arm. It enables the robot to apply markings, patterns, or stamps to flat surfaces. The stamping action is programmed and triggered through the DOBOT control software, fully automating the process.

The module uses a simple lifting motion that is executed on command from the program. The stamp lowers onto the material, applies the mark, and lifts again. This takes place with the precision of the robotic arm itself, allowing repeated stamping at the same positions. Calibration or manual adjustment during operation is not required.

Typical applications include recurring marking tasks in production or labeling workpieces in prototyping workshops. In training and demonstration contexts, the module also shows how the robot can be specialized through additional tools. The system can be used wherever precise, repeatable markings on flat surfaces are required.

Operation requires a DOBOT Magician robot, the DOBOT control software, and a suitable stamp component. The tool must be positioned at the correct height so that the stamp makes contact with the material. The robot version and compatibility with the interface geometry should be checked before purchase.

• 1* Holder for blank business cards on the conveyor belt
• 1* Fixing device for the DOBOT Magician, allowing the robotic arm to apply sufficient pressure for stamping without "lifting off"
• 1* Slider hole plate - perforated plate with anti-slip locking mechanism on the conveyor belt
• 1* Holder for finished printed business cards, including an aluminum profile frame and DOBOT photoelectric sensor
• 1* Photoelectric sensor for detecting the stamping position on the conveyor belt (additional photoelectric sensors may be useful when using a conveyor belt: Every DOBOT conveyor belt already includes a photoelectric sensor of the same design)
• Approx. 300 business cards (plain white, with Funduino printing on the reverse)
