Product description

The cookie stamp for the Dobot Magician learning module expands the familiar robot arm mechanics with a special application for pressing and cutting dough and other soft materials. The system uses a lifting movement of the stamping tool, controlled by the characteristics of the four axes.

The reach of up to 700 mm and the payload of 500 g make it possible to operate on work surfaces of various heights and process larger portions of dough or moist materials. Visual programming requires no special prior knowledge; even schoolchildren can define sequences, such as repeated stamping on a baking surface.

The module is suitable for school projects in robotics and automation, for example on repeatability and process automation, or for bakeries and patisseries as an introduction to partially automated production. The stamping tools are available in various designs, from geometric shapes to logo impressions.

In addition to the Dobot Magician base model, operation requires a 24 V power supply (if not already available) and a computer or tablet with a USB port for the software. Inserts and stamp shapes are purchased separately depending on the application.

Safety information

The robot is not intended for installation in household electrical circuits and is intended exclusively for building educational projects and demonstration purposes. Work on the electrical installation or in the event of electrical faults must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The robot poses a crushing and shearing hazard when moving; hands and long hair must be kept clear during operation.
