Product Description
This connector joins 40*40-mm aluminum profiles or is used to attach accessories. The part is slid into the profile's T-slot and is held in place by its fit without additional clamping.
The three M8 threaded holes allow components to be mounted in three different positions or multiple profiles to be stacked. The anodized surface protects the aluminum against corrosion and wear.
Typical applications include assembling profile frames for laboratory setups, attaching sensors and actuators to test benches, or constructing guards for machines. In prototyping, it replaces specially manufactured brackets and enables quick changes to the arrangement.
M8 screws are required for installation. The connector is not suitable for load-bearing applications involving mechanical loads above approximately 50 kg.
