Product Description
The battery holder accommodates six AA cells and provides a voltage of approximately 9 volts. It is suitable for building prototypes and mobile test setups where a stable power supply without an external power source is required.
The cells are housed in a plastic enclosure, and the contacts and wires are already assembled at the factory. Since neither a plug nor a socket is included, the connection wires must be connected directly to the circuit, for example by soldering or using terminal connections. The lack of a standard plug allows maximum flexibility during assembly.
Typical applications include portable measuring instruments, battery-powered amplifiers, or sensor circuits used in field tests. The holder is also suitable for audio prototypes requiring 9 V and small mobile robotics projects.
Six new AA cells are required for operation. The power consumption of the connected circuit determines the operating time; under load, the output voltage continuously decreases. The maximum current the holder can supply depends on the quality and condition of the cells used.
