Product description
A charge controller for lithium batteries with PWM control ensures that the battery is not damaged during charging. The device automatically regulates the charging current and voltage and ends the process when the battery is fully charged.
The input voltage can come from solar panels, wind generators, or other sources and can reach up to 100 V. The output voltage can be set between 24 V and 48 V depending on the battery type, allowing the module to operate at different voltage levels. The maximum charging current is 60 A, which also charges larger batteries at an appropriate speed.
Temperature protection stops charging as soon as the battery becomes too hot, thereby protecting against thermal damage. At the same time, the controller prevents deeply discharged batteries from being recharged if the voltage falls below a critical value. The copper board heatsink enables passive heat dissipation without a fan.
Applications include solar systems with buffer storage, mobile power systems for vehicles and boats, and wind-hybrid systems. The module is also suitable for off-grid cabins and small stationary storage systems. A suitable power source with a stable or adjustable output voltage is required, and the battery must be specified for lithium chemistry.
