Product Description

An aluminum case for the Pi 4 single-board computer protects against dirt and damage while keeping all interfaces, such as USB, Ethernet, and HDMI, directly accessible from the outside of the case. The material dissipates processor heat, enabling cooling without additional fans.

The case uses continuous aluminum structures and a finned surface that increases heat dissipation into the surrounding air. The magnetic cover for the GPIO header and SD card slot protects these components and can be completely removed when needed.

Typical applications include stationary uses such as network servers in cabinets, media players in living rooms, or data loggers in small-series automation systems. The case protection is particularly useful in commercial or multi-device environments where multiple single-board computers are mounted in a space-saving manner or external factors could cause damage.

The case fits the dimensions of the Pi 4 generation exactly; other models require a different case. Heat conduction works optimally when the single-board computer is not operated in an environment above 35 °C. Thermal paste between the processor and the case lid is not included and must be obtained separately if maximum heat transfer is desired.
