Product Description

These five large push buttons with interchangeable caps are used to manually trigger functions in electronics projects. The 30 mm diameter enables ergonomic operation even when wearing gloves, while the color coding helps distinguish different functions on the board.

Each push button operates as a momentary switch. The circuit is closed only while the button is pressed, and the contact opens immediately when it is released. The caps can be easily attached and replaced, allowing the project to be redesigned as needed. The connections fit standard perfboards and breadboards.

In classroom instruction, colored controls help students understand complex control systems and practice safe operation. In control prototypes, they serve as emergency stop switches or for selecting operating modes; in quiz or game consoles, the large buttons and clear colors enable fast and error-free operation.

For operation, only a connection to the microcontroller inputs is required; contact bounce can be suppressed in software by polling with a delay or through a simple RC circuit on the board. At the same time, the push buttons are intended only for manual operation and are not suitable for automated cycles or continuous pressing.
