Product description

This steel ball transfer unit is designed for building conveyor systems and transport lines. The ball bearing enables free rotation under load with low friction losses, saving energy during longer operating periods.

With a hole spacing of 40 mm, the unit fits common structural profiles and frames. It is mounted with M8 screws, and the load capacity is up to 150 kg per unit. When several units are installed in series, the load is distributed, allowing heavier goods to be transported as well.

The welded steel construction and sealed ball bearings eliminate the need for maintenance. These units are suitable for material handling in warehouses, production, and logistics, as well as for DIY systems such as conveyor chutes in hobby applications. Continuous loads do not cause premature wear.

A suitable support profile or steel frame is required for use. The axle screws must be retightened regularly to prevent failure caused by loosening.
