Product Description

These four plastic spacers create clearance between PCBs and enclosure walls or DIN rails. This prevents unintended short circuits if conductive enclosure parts come into contact with the populated board. The internal M3 thread securely holds mounting screws without requiring a nut.

The 10 mm height fits under common DIN rails, but the spacers can also be used in plastic enclosures. The plastic material provides complete insulation, so even live PCB areas can be placed directly against the enclosure without additional insulation. No calibration or preparation is required.

Applications include experimental setups in control cabinets, field control units, and compact test setups. Where space is limited and the PCB must sit flat between the enclosure wall and components, these holders keep it reliably in position. The self-locking threads also perform better than screws without nuts when repeatedly assembling and disassembling prototypes for further development.

The height is fixed at 10 mm; M3 mounting screws must be purchased separately, as must mating screws if the PCB is to be mounted from above. For thicker PCBs over approximately 3 mm, the holders may be too short.
