Product Description
A breadboard enables electronic circuits to be assembled quickly without soldering. The 830 contact points are distributed across two continuous power rails and 60 isolated terminal strips in the central area, providing sufficient space for circuits with microcontroller boards, sensors, and actuators. The 65 included jumper wires with flexible wire save procurement time and enable your first projects right away.
The wire ends are securely soldered at both ends and remain held in the contacts as long as sufficient pressure is applied. The 0.6 to 0.8 mm² cross-section fits standard contact systems; wires with a larger diameter require adjustment. The cables can be plugged and bent as often as needed, allowing setup errors to be corrected quickly.
Applications include beginner projects with Arduino-like boards or single-board computers, wiring sensor and actuator prototypes, and classroom demonstrations of circuit logic. Anyone who needs to purchase several cables may want to plan ahead; should wires become damaged, replacement cables are available separately.
A power supply is not included; power is supplied via the connected microcontroller board or an external power supply for voltages tolerated by the board.
Safety Information
The breadboard is intended exclusively for prototyping, testing, and development purposes and is not designed for connection to household electrical circuits. Work on or near electrical installations is reserved for qualified electricians; if anything is unclear, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
