Product Description

This relay module switches loads with a 24 V power supply via a standard DIN rail mounting socket connected to control systems. The relay operates by electromagnetism. The relay coil is energized via the control input (compatible with TTL/CMOS levels from microcontrollers and industrial control systems), closing the contact. The optical isolation between the control signal and switching contact prevents interference voltages from the load side from reaching the control logic, an essential feature for interference-free systems.

With a switching capacity of up to 10 A, the module is suitable for operating solenoid valves, small pumps, heating elements, and industrial solenoids. The module can also be used as a remote starter in control cabinets or to control indicator lights. Feedback on the switching state via a separate pin enables control programs to check whether switching has actually occurred.

The module is powered by a regulated 24 V DC power supply, which must be provided separately. The control signals are designed for TTL/CMOS logic levels (typically 3.3 V or 5 V); level adaptation is required for other voltage levels. A protection diode on the coil limits voltage spikes when switching off.

The module is not intended for direct installation in household mains circuits (230 V). It is intended exclusively for the development of industrial control prototypes and switching applications with 24 V systems. Work on high-voltage circuits or their control requires a qualified electrician; if in doubt, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning.
